You get more square footage than anyplace. I love the gas heat in winter. It's economical and warm. Also love my own washer and dryer in apartment. Repairs are prompt.

Since new staff has arrived, very attentive and professional. Maintenance staff is excellent. We have lived here seven years and feel very safe in the Bexley Village community. Astrid is the best Manager we have had in those seven years.

I just recently moved into Bexley village and with the help of Astrid &Rachel everything went smooth. They were able to answer all my questions and kept me updated on my status with my application..I feel confident I'm going to like it here.
